2. Description of the Service

Family Care Today provides collaborative scheduling, visit handover logs, medication reminders, and family communication tools.

Important Care Notice: Family Care Today is a coordination tool for families and carers. It is not an emergency dispatch service or a certified medical diagnostic device. In the event of a medical emergency, always dial 999/112 or contact local emergency healthcare professionals immediately.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are not currently available. The planned offer is a 7-day free trial followed by €4.99 per month or €49.99 per year for a family workspace. A payment method will be required and billing will renew automatically unless cancelled. Before you subscribe, checkout will explain the total price, first charge date and cancellation terms. Publishing this planned offer does not create a payment obligation. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. User Conduct & Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree not to upload abusive, unlawful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
