Invite relatives or other helpers. Choose their roles and care access, then share their invitation links. Each person joins with their own verified account.

Plan a visit, add a task and leave a handover note. Build a shared picture of the day, one small update at a time.
Already invited? Open your invitation link and use the email it was sent to. There’s no need to create another circle.

A shared place to organise everyday family care. Plan visits and appointments, keep track of practical tasks, leave handover notes and share photos with the people in your private family circle. It helps everyone see the plans and updates your family has recorded.
Does everyone need to download an app?
No. Family Care Today works in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Each person uses their own account. Invited helpers sign in with the email address on their invitation, verify it and accept the invitation.
Who can see our family’s information?
Care information is available only when the circle’s sharing settings and your care access allow it. Administrators manage invitations, roles and care access in Family settings. Care access covers the whole circle, including care notes and photos; use separate circles when different people need different access. Read Privacy & hosting below for details about data handling and hosting.
Can I try it before creating an account?
Yes. Choose Explore Demo to open a fictional family’s day. Try the visiting rota, tasks and handover notes without entering personal information. Demo edits stay in memory and are cleared when you reset, leave or reload the demo.
How much does it cost?
The example family is free to explore. Paid subscriptions are not currently available. The proposed family subscription is €4.99 per month or €49.99 per year, with a planned 7-day free trial. When checkout opens, a payment method will be required and your selected plan will renew automatically unless cancelled. The total price and first charge date will be shown before you agree.
Can we share updates outside the app?
You can review a summary of recorded visits, tasks and handover notes, then copy it or choose to open it in WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp passes the text to that service before you send it. Share only with authorised people: removing circle access cannot recall an external copy. Calendar export is a snapshot of the rota, so later changes do not automatically update your calendar.
